Having been with the company since 2004—and as its first employee—Kristin brings a deep understanding of the industry and a unique perspective shaped by her early experience as a mortgage processor. This background allows her to anticipate potential challenges and help keep transactions running smoothly from start to finish.
Kristin works with a wide range of borrowers, including first-time homebuyers, repeat buyers, and homeowners exploring refinancing options. She takes a practical, detail-oriented approach and is known for her clear communication, responsiveness, and ability to simplify what can often feel like a complex process. She has a particular passion for working with veterans and first-time buyers, helping them navigate each step with clarity and confidence.
With decades of experience and the support of the Blue Water Mortgage team, Kristin offers access to a variety of loan programs to meet the needs of different financial situations. She believes that a successful mortgage experience starts with listening, understanding each client’s goals, and providing straightforward guidance along the way.
Outside of work, Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband, Scot, and their black lab, Jimmy. They love getting to their cabin in Maine whenever possible. She is also an avid pickleball player and enjoys party planning and decorating as a creative outlet.
