Kristin was the first hire at Blue Water Mortgage 20 years ago when the company was founded. She attended U-Mass Lowell and then worked as a loan analyst for the Blue Water partners. Taking the next step, Kristin easily passed her mortgage originator exams and has been both a loan analyst and a licensed loan originator for a number of years.
Kristin has the unique experience of working with both her mother, Maryruth Reilly, who is Blue Water’s Office Manager, as well as her father, John Reilly, who is a loan officer at Blue Water. Her vast experience and knowledge of guidelines allow her to look outside the box and get creative with financing. Kristin knows how to get deals done!
Kristin spent her childhood summering in York, Maine. She developed lifelong friends with the year-round residents of the York community. She grew up in North Andover, Massachusetts but decided to relocate to the Seacoast full time in 1993, living first in York and then Portsmouth, NH. She and her husband Scot Johnson settled in Kittery, Maine 15 years ago and have been living there ever since. Scot is well known in the Portsmouth community and is a sales representative for Go Solar New England.
She is an avid New England sports fan and especially enjoys football. She is a diehard Pat’s fan! She can be found on Sunday’s during the football season fully decked in her Pat’s gear rooting on her team. She loves camping, hitting the beach in the summer, and traveling.
