They handled a very difficult loan very professionally. I highly recommend Rick and his Blue Water Mortgage team. I am self-employed and created a unique challenge given the nature of my business. With over 20 years in the financial services industry, I have learned that “customer service” is the best way to develop a word of mouth business. I have built an extensive network of professionals that help create a team to help you with all your financing needs. I am available to my clients and my network of professionals at all times. This has led to repeat business and referrals from a very satisfied customer base.

I have been at Blue Water Mortgage since 2006 and I currently am responsible for managing the sales staff. In this position, I help other Loan Officers build their businesses, increase their referral networks, and ultimately help them close more loans for their clients. I am a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Business Administration as well as Southern New Hampshire University where I obtained my MBA. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my children, Alexa (12) and Ethan (9). I am actively involved in the community through coaching sports, enjoy playing softball and golf and I am a member of both the Greater Manchester Nashua and Seacoast Board of Realtors.

Do you own a pet? Yes. One spoiled 2 year year old named Moxie. She is a rescue from Tennessee and is a mutt but mostly chocolate lab.

Favorite activity? I love to golf. It is my stress reliever after a long week.

Do you like to travel if so what is your favorite destination, why? I love to travel. Europe will always be a favorite destination to continue to learn about my ancestry. I enjoy exploring different cultures and food.

Do you have a hobby? Yes. I love to cook. I love to create new things in the kitchen.

Favorite food? I eat everything. I really enjoy experimenting with different types of pizzas.

Favorite restaurant? Tampa Bay Brewing Company is a favorite of mine when traveling to see my parents.

Anything interesting about family life? I come from a very large Irish Catholic family. The current ages range from 72 down to 3 months old. I have aunts that are closer in age to cousins and cousins that are closer in age to nieces and nephews.

Where do you reside? Brentwood, NH

Favorite sports team/sport? I love every sport, but baseball and the Red Sox are my true love.

What makes you special? I am a determined person. When I put my mind to something I accomplish it at all costs.

Something people don’t know about you? My children are my life. I love and cherish the time I spend with them. I coach them in every sport I can, and spend much of my free time playing games, practicing sports or taking them on “mystery rides”.

What is funny about you? Don’t really know the answer to this. I love to make people laugh. Comedy is everything in life.
