Blue Water Mortgage Celebrates 20 Years Roger Odoardi June 6, 2022, (HAMPTON, NEW HAMPSHIRE) — Blue Water Mortgage is honored to be celebrating its 20th year in the mortgage industry! The company was founded by Roger Odoardi, Jeff Davis, Garrett Collins, and Jay Healy, all of whom are still partners and active mortgage brokers with the company. Since 2002, Blue Water Mortgage has been committed to delivering the very best service and products available. As a premier home loan broker, Blue Water has closed over 24,500 loans since opening its doors in Hampton, New Hampshire. “This anniversary would have been impossible without the incredible support of our local communities and referral partners who had faith in us to take care of them and deliver the very best service and products available,” said Jay Healy, Partner and Loan Officer. “It also required a staff of some of the hardest working professionals we could have asked for representing the Blue Water Mortgage brand.” Today, Blue Water Mortgage serves New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Vermont, Connecticut, North Carolina, Florida, Colorado, Texas, Georgia, and South Carolina and employs 50 hard-working employees in five New Hampshire offices, which span the state. Headquartered in Hampton, there are additional offices in Bedford, Meredith, Lebanon and New London. In 2017, Blue Water mortgage broker Lynette Kaichen founded the Pass Along Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing clothing to children in foster care. The Pass Along Project is just one of Blue Water’s involvement in the local community.
