A Mortgage Professional since 1987, Jim (James) Swartzbaugh believes in integrity, and trust. Being a Realtor and a coach throughout his career gave him the skills and experience needed to educate his borrowers giving them a simple, straightforward, and fast transaction. A mortgage is the largest financial transaction most people will have in their lifetime, becoming their trusted advisor and “lender for life” is very significant. He has extensive experience working with home builders and can ensure the loan gets to the closing table.
He teaches Continuing Education Courses for Realtors and is an active member with the Seacoast Board of Realtors as a past Affiliate Chairperson. He is passionate about skiing with his family, granddaughter and friends, sailing, motorcycle touring, and enjoying good friends.
