Back in January, 2021, my wife and I contacted Jonathan Ferrante at Blue Water Mortgage in Meredith to see is a refinance of our Mortgage would be helpful to us. Well to our surprise Jonathan advised that it would be very wise of us to take advantage of today's low interest rates. Jonathan was so great. My husband Earl and I needed to refinance our home for cash and to pay off some of our debt. Because of mine and my husband's health, we have fallen behind and it has made things very difficult for us. Jonathan helped Earl's sister keep her home, so we decided to work with him. Everyone tells you that it’s one of the most stressful things you do in life, but everyone who knows about the experience we had with our first mortgage corporation could agree that it was exceptionally stressful.
