About Paul

Reading Time: 2 minutes

To some people, I might not fit the mold of a typical mortgage broker or have the experience and education that would be found on their resume, but what I do have is the lived experience of being a blue-collar worker and knowing what it’s like to be in the shoes of the average homebuyer. My work history includes being an auto mechanic at independent garages in and around southern New Hampshire, and most recently a shop foreman at a precision sheet metal fabricator in Maine. Throughout my life, I have acquired a mindset and thought process to solve intricate problems and develop creative solutions to any situation that I encounter.

I can fully relate to my client’s possible uncertainty or apprehension with the commitment to purchasing their first home. However, I can also relate to the excitement and benefits of becoming a homeowner. Whether my clients are looking to escape the renting cycle and buy their first home, or they are looking to create generational wealth with investment properties or second homes, I will be there to support their journey from pre-approval to closing. I utilize my love for education whenever and wherever possible to make difficult or confusing situations easier to understand with a compassionate and empathetic approach. I believe in being fully transparent, maintaining clear communication between all parties involved in the process, and to be available to my clients for any questions and concerns that may arise at any time. The current and future relationships I have with clients, client’s families, agents, and professionals in the mortgage industry are, and always will be, my top priority.

Born and raised in southern New Hampshire and currently living in southern Maine for the past 15 years, I have called New England home for my entire life. I am both a proud husband to my encouraging and supportive wife Tristan, and proud father to our two inspiring sons Owen and Oliver. In our spare time we enjoy going on camping trips to Vermont, spending the day at one of the beautiful beaches in Maine, and hiking in the White Mountains.  And whenever we get the chance to explore a town, near or far, you can find us eating like locals, or tasting craft drinks at a brewery.  We love New England, and I feel a deep sense of gratitude that I am able to help you call this area home as well.
