Jim Murphy and Natalie Malinowski join us in our Seacoast-based office, bringing with them a range of professional experiences. Jim Murphy comes to Blue Water Mortgage with a CV full of client-facing work. After a 25-year career in semiconductor trading with Asian Atlantic Industries, Jim earned his real estate license in 2020 and signed as a Realtor with The Bean Group in Portsmouth. Jim has experience in buying, selling, and managing a range of property types, and is eager to put his knowledge to work in helping Blue Water clients score their dream homes. Jim is a lover of all things Seacoast. He enjoys dining out locally with his family (The Brätskellar is a favorite) and spending time by the ocean. He’s the go-to guy for Seacoast attraction recommendations! When not on the job, Jim loves to travel to anywhere tropical — he’s happiest relaxing on a beach beneath palm trees. Natalie Malinowski is an experienced financial services professional based on the North Shore of Massachusetts. She learned the ropes of insurance sales at Electric Insurance Company in Beverly, MA, where she honed her excellent communication skills and knack for building meaningful customer relationships. As a member of the Blue Water team, Natalie aims to build a successful and sustainable business network that fosters strong partnerships with both clients and fellow industry professionals. In her “off hours,” Natalie teaches group fitness classes, and practices as both a certified yoga instructor and personal trainer.
