Blue Water Mortgage Announces New Meredith Location Roger Odoardi Blue Water Mortgage, a premier independent mortgage broker licensed in New England and Florida, is excited to announce the opening of a new office in Meredith, NH. This marks the fourth Blue Water Mortgage location in the Granite State, and the third location to open in less than a year. The company, which is headquartered in Hampton, NH, opened offices in Lebanon and Bedford, NH, in 2019. “We’re really excited about serving the Lakes Region,” stated Jonathan Ferrante, who is the operating Loan Officer based out of the Meredith office alongside owner Garrett Collins. “This is my home.” Ferrante spent his childhood and college years enjoying the Lakes Region and surrounding towns; he now calls Meredith home and is excited to bring Blue Water Mortgage to 14 Main Street in downtown Meredith. The new office in Meredith is also accompanied by a large expansion in Blue Water’s supporting staff positions to maintain their premium service throughout this growth. Some of these new hires have been trained specifically to support to the new Meredith office. “We want to be right in town and a part of the community with these local offices so that our clients can enjoy the benefits,” Ferrante explained.
