Blue Water Welcomes 5 New Team Members: Lisa Gates, Todd Rideman, Cameron Esty, Maeve Stehle and Danyle Hunt Roger Odoardi Blue Water Mortgage Corporation, an independent mortgage broker serving New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, Rhode Island, Florida, North Carolina, Colorado, Texas, Georgia, and South Carolina is pleased to welcome five new team members: Lisa Gates, Todd Rideman, Cameron Esty, Maeve Stehle and Danyle Hunt! Lisa Gates joins Blue Water as a loan officer who has extensive industry expertise and has helped clients through every stage of the process. In addition to 14 years of loan officer experience, her background includes working as a paralegal, a top producer and manager. She also obtained her real estate license in New Hampshire and became a Trainee Real Estate Appraiser. Her dedication to her clients and whatever is best for their situation is her top priority. Todd Rideman’s 20-plus years of in-home sales experience in the cleaning, flooring and window industries has taught him the importance of excellent customer service. He is one of Blue Water’s newest loan officers, living in Kittery, Maine, with his wife; they have two grown children who live in Massachusetts. In his free time, Todd enjoys discovering new restaurants. Recommendations are welcome, including ones that serve his favorite food: BBQ! With a degree in Finance and Risk Management from the University of Southern Maine, Cameron Esty joins the Blue Water team as one of the newest loan technicians. Cameron lives in Dover and is looking forward to growing and developing in the mortgage industry. Cameron’s hobbies include writing, playing guitar, rooting for the Patriots and traveling. In fact, he’s been to his favorite spot – Cancun, Mexico – five times! Maeve Stehle joins Blue Water as a loan technician whose past experience includes working for an estate planning law firm and in equipment finance and leasing at Direct Capital Corporation/CIT Bank in Portsmouth. She is looking forward to gaining knowledge of the mortgage industry and excelling in her newest role. Maeve lives in Exeter with her husband and loves spending time with their daughter, Della. She also enjoys plants (Churchill’s Garden Center in Exeter is her favorite spot!) and traveling locally. As a new loan technician, Danyle Hunt is excited to continue to grow and advance at Blue Water and be an asset to the processing team. In her free time, she likes to participate in Zumba, watch and attend sporting events (her favorite team being the Patriots), boat in the summer, and spend time with family and friends. Danyle, who lives in Raymond, also loves to travel, and her favorite vacation spot is Disney World!
