Top notch service and unquestionable integrity are the key fundamentals for how I approach my business. I understand that for most of my clients their real estate transactions are the biggest financial investment they might ever make so my goal is to help facilitate that in a way that reduces stress and simplifies the process. Key to this is education, communication, and attention to detail. I strive to ensure that my clients, their agents, and anyone involved in their real estate transaction are informed and confident that I have their back and that we will handle everything professionally; having a strong team that I work with makes this all possible.
Having been in the mortgage industry for close to 25 years, both in sales and in operations, I have become highly proficient in understanding real estate transactions and the requirements to make the financing of those transactions come to life. There are few scenarios that I have not seen and worked through. My ability to leverage that historical knowledge, to help my current clients with their own, is what I love to do. I smooth out a process which can sometimes be challenging.
Personally, I grew up in Wellesley, MA. I have my BA from Kenyon College and my MBA from Babson. I have been fortunate to have lived in many parts of the country and have loved every one of them as they each offer something unique. Recently, I decided that it was time to come back home and plant my roots back in New England. I am excited to be part of the NH Seacoast family. I reside in Portsmouth with my pup, Orlando. For fun, I am a fitness junkie – I love tennis, road biking, hiking, and a little ballroom dancing when I get the chance. I recently became a certified TRX instructor and am working on my Pilates Certification.
